Contact us by phone on the same day during business hours: M-F 12pm-7pm EST. to correct your mailing address.

If your package has returned to us due to an address error/undeliverable- your postage has to be purchased again with another postage fee in order to re-deliver at the customer's expense. 

Orders sitting over 30 days with unpaid postage for re-shipping will receive a store credit for merchandise and RESTOCKING FEE of 25%.
