DELAYED, LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

We inspect the items during our packaging process. In the event that the order arrives damaged due to rough transit, please submit photos to us by messenger and then file an insurance claim with the courier immediately. All insured packages shipped out by Priority Class Mail includes up $100 insurance.  

Once the couriers are in possession of your order, you will then have to contact them directly concerning any delays, lost, damaged & tracking updates. It is no longer in our control. Have your tracking information available before calling.  

If your package is marked as "delivered", but is missing, please contact your local USPS for verification of delivery location, and/or your local authorities to report theft. We will NOT refund or replace “delivered” orders. Future orders placed will require a signature.
