Vendor Live Shopping Rules & Guidelines

 

At The Bag Shoppe, we want to create a fun and seamless shopping experience for everyone! To ensure fairness and clarity, please read and follow these guidelines before participating in our Vendor Live Shopping Events.

 

1. Vendor Live Fee ($20)

🛍️ A non-refundable $20 fee per day is required to participate in our vendor live shopping event.

🎉This fee gives you access to all vendors featured that day, so you can shop multiple stores without additional charges. Invoices will be due immediately. 

🏧 The fee must be paid before the live event begins. If not received, you will not be able to claim items.

 

2. How to Claim Items

💎 CommentSOLD + Item Number to claim an item. The first valid claim wins.

💎 If backup claims are allowed, we will confirm if the first buyer does not complete their purchase.

💎 All claims are final—please be sure before commenting.

 

3. Bundling Discount (Buy More, Save More!)

 

We love rewarding our shoppers! Take advantage of our exclusive bundling discounts during vendor lives:

💲Buy 3+ items Get $5 off your total purchase

💲Buy 5+ items Get 10% off your total purchase

 

🟢 Discounts apply only during the live event and will be reflected in your final invoice.

🔴 Cannot be combined with other promotions.

 

4. Flat-Rate Shipping for the Day!

 

🟣 Simple & Affordable Shipping – One Flat Rate, No Matter How Much You Buy!

📦 $13 Flat-Rate Shipping for all orders placed during the live.

💕💕Free shipping on orders over $100!

 

🩵 Flat-rate shipping applies only to purchases made during the same live session.

🙅‍♀️Cannot be combined with separate purchases outside the live event.

 

5. Payment & Invoices

💚 Payment must be completed before the live ends.

🟦 Invoices will be sent during the live event. If payment is not received before the live ends, your claims will be canceled, and items will be made available to other buyers.

🟧 Unpaid invoices may result in loss of priority for future vendor lives.

 

6. No Holds or Cancellations

❌We do not hold items for later payment.

❌ No cancellations once an item is claimed. Please only claim if you are serious about purchasing.

 

7. Respect & Fair Play

💕 Be respectful to all shoppers. Any negativity, rude behavior, or arguing in the comments will result in removal from the live and/or group.

❇️ The Bag Shoppe reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who repeatedly violates these rules.
